Women and girls project manager

Table tennis is celebrated as an accessible and inclusive sport, but there is a clear gender imbalance. Increasing the numbers of women and girls is a key part of Table Tennis England’s #LevelTheTable strategy, aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion in the sport. Table Tennis England has set itself the future ambition of achieving gender parity across the sport. To achieve this goal, we will need to better understand how to support positive experiences and develop the right offer to engage new audiences.

The post holder will support the delivery of the Women and Girls Strategy, covering a range of areas including research and insight, activation and working closely with the club network and local and national partners. For more information, please follow the links below.

Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Project Manager

This exciting one-year role funded by the Sport England Digital and Innovation fund will manage and lead the work of Table Tennis England before, during and after Birmingham 2022, a landmark event on the calendar and a tremendous opportunity for sport on many levels. . The post holder will place particular emphasis on creating a lasting legacy for table tennis and TTE from these “home games”.

Competitions and Events Administrator

This role will be to provide administrative support to the Competition and Events team. Assist event staff and volunteer coordinators in planning and implementing a national program designed to encourage new participants and retain existing participants and inspire table tennis participation in line with the Table Tennis England Mission 2025 strategic plan.

School project manager

This role will be responsible for leading our relationship with the Jack Petchey Foundation. The Jack Petchey table tennis program is currently in its 11and year and engages approximately 7,000 young people each year through a program of competitions, internships, coaching and table donations. This role includes the complete management of the project, from the drafting of the offer to the delivery and reporting.
